Last Saturday, October 31st, Students & Staff from Tea or Coffee School of English spent the Morning at the Museum.
We all went to see the latest exhibition at CCCB: + Humans
It was a very interesting experience. Once more, the objective was to improve our English knowedge and learning, in a different scenario from the normal one at the school.
Exchanging between us: Opinions, visions and comments.
I personally enjoyed the exhibition and the time shared between us.
In my opinion this is a very profitable way to expand and consolidate our English knowledge even more in a communicative and pleasant way.
This exhibition explores the possible paths for the future of our species especially considering emerging technologies and our cultural and ethical context
“Human +" explores the limits of what it means to be a human being: the limits of the body, the limits of the species and the limits of what is socially and ethically acceptable
Cyborgs, superhuman and clones.
Evolution or Extinction?
What does it mean to be human today? How will humans be in a hundred years?
Technology advances at full speed, we have to keep changing our body, our mind and our daily lives or there are limits that we can’t overcome?
The exhibition explores the possible paths for the future of our species especially considering emerging technologies and our cultural and ethical context.
There are four general topics in the exhibition:
Each topic is represented by works of art, historical artefacts, videos, scientific research and commercial products.
Following, you have some images that illustrate some of the concepts exposed.
But much more interesting than that is just go and visit the exhibition.
For sure you will enjoy and find it profitable.
